Position: Content Developer
Type :Remote
Start date: mid-October 2024 to end of January 2025.
Job Purpose
We are looking for a Content Developer who can support and work with the Change Enablement Team. This person will report directly to the Training Lead and support the successful delivery of the HealthEdge solution across the health payer client.
The Content Developer will be responsible for developing and adjusting the learning materials for the virtual / Instructor-led sessions including PowerPoint presentations and the Trainer s facilitation instructions. This person will be also tasked with building an eLearning template and pre-agreed number of eLearning modules. The person is expected to work closely with functional and business Subject Matter Experts to accurately capture the solution s specific configuration in the learning materials.
The Content Developer should demonstrate robust proficiency in designing and developing blended learning solutions.
