We are currently seeking a part-time Accounts Payable (AP) Clerk to assist with our high-volume AP process. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and attention to detail who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Job Overview

The Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, including matching receivers to invoices, booking entries into the ERP system, and assisting with any discrepancies. The AP Clerk will also assist in cutting checks and maintaining organized filing systems. This is a 3 day per week part-time opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and match purchase order receivers against vendor invoices.

Accurately enter and book invoices into the ERP system.

Resolve any discrepancies by coordinating with the purchasing department or consulting the controller.

File all invoices, receipts, and related documents in an organized manner.

Assist in the preparation and processing of checks for payment.

Handle a high volume of transactions efficiently and accurately.

Perform general administrative and clerical tasks related to accounts payable as needed.
