Job Description: Candidate Will Do:
Develop end to end Salesforce solutions using Salesforce Platform, Classic, Lightning Web components, Lightning Flows, Apex Class, Triggers, etc.
Experience in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud implementation, showcasing the ability to enhance customer service and user experiences through tailored Salesforce environments.
Implement Salesforce solutions that adhere to best practices in development, security, and code optimization.
Works on billable engagements to provide support, advice, and guidance on the correct application of a services solution or technique.
Receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.
Communicate with the Project manager and Architect to design product strategies and ensure effective collaboration and execution throughout all phases of development, testing, and deployment.
Communicates with the customer, providing clear and professional analysis.
Document all work processes and solutions thoroughly.
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Viewed by customers as a consultant.
Candidates Bring:
10 years of experience in Salesforce configuration, development, and data migration.
Experience in Salesforce Administration
Experience in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud implementation.
Experience in LWC (Lightning Web Component), Apex, Triggers, and Flows.
Knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, Sharing/Security Model and data modelling.
Experience of Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and ETL processes.
Experience working in an Agile environment and understanding of Scrum model.
Experience of Omni Studio components (Integration Procedure, DataRaptor, FlexCard), Salesforce Public Sector Solutions is a nice to have.
