Job Summary

This position assists the COO in directing and coordination various aspects of the business and operations of the Hospital as assigned or delegated by the COO. The position is responsible for the direction and oversight of the departments assigned. This position develops and fosters effective collaboration between clinical and support departments to ensure an integrated approach to providing services and fulfilling the hospital's strategic goals and objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

Education An individual who possesses a Masters degree or higher in Health Care Administration or related field.

Experience Minimum of ten (5) years experience in progressive leadership positions, preferably in Healthcare.

Knowledge and Skills Strong financial/analytical skills, verbal/written communication skills, problem identification and resolution skills, decision making ability, and the ability to develop/mentor management team. Strong operational skills, ability to recognize workflow problems and redesign new process/workflow and create buy-in from all customers on change; and the ability to initiate and manage change. Well developed planning, marketing, organizational and business skills including business development and program implementation. Ability to build alliances and consensus. Follow through on commitments. Anticipates internal/external customer needs and is able to manage different perspectives and find win-win solutions.

Equipment Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other general software programs.

Physical Requirements Must be able to perform essential physical job requirements.

PAY RANGE

$69.76 - $104.64

The posted pay range reflects the lowest to highest pay that was available for this position at the time of posting and may be subject to change. Salary offers are determined by candidate’s relevant experience and skills. For per diem positions, a standard rate is used based on market data and not the candidate’s individual experience.
