Full-time remote: Because this role involves a combination of independent and collaborative work, this position can be conducted 100% remotely.

Operations Proposal Group is seeking high-energy candidate to join the Material Costing Management System (MCMS) team. We're looking for an efficient, self-driven professional with data & analytics, systems analysis, and problem-solving experience. As part of the Operations Proposal Group this role is within the Material Pricing Group. Utilizing the MCMS system, the Material Pricing Group creates the material content of proposals.

The preferred candidate must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to possess the ability to use and apply factual information, general company knowledge and common sense to analyze problems and recommend options & solutions.

The successful candidate's duties will be related to:
  • Prepare, analyze and evaluate proposal material pricing from suppliers to determine the best cost basis for all buy items.
  • Participate in the development and preparation of cost/price proposals in response to RFP requirements in compliance with all Government policies, regulations and internal documented procedures.
  • Responsible for Selection Analysis to ensure best possible pricing and Price Analysis is to ensure that costs are compliant with DFAR regulations.
  • Interface with Suppliers to support the customer's Request for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Coordinates and Support Supplier drawings request.
  • Participate in special projects as required.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • 4 years work experience or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent cognitive and interpersonal skills
  • Effective oral and written communication skills with customers, suppliers, and company personnel
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional and dependable relationships with internal and external customers
  • Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment and meet program schedules

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • 4+ years experience in a similar role
  • Procurement/supplier knowledge
  • Oracle experience
  • Knowledge of ITAR restrictions, and FAR/DFAR requirements
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional and effective relationships with internal and external customers
  • Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Motivated and disciplined with a strong desire to succeed, learn and drive positive change

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $53680 - $91300

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
