Power BI engineer (contract)

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and paginated reports.
• Create data visualizations to drive decision-making.
• Design and implement effective data models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Optimize performance of queries and visualizations.
  
  

Primary Skills

• Proven experience as a Power BI Developer.
• Strong proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query (M language).
• Experience with Azure Data Services (Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse etc.)
• Trouble shooting on Dashboards for Data Discrepancies, Data Refresh Problems, Data Connectivity Issues etc.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  
  

Secondary Skills

• Knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
  
  

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $41.61/hour - $65.01/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
