Aruba Wireless SME Network Engineer

Aruba Wireless SME Network Engineer - Senior Network Engineer will work with internal and external third parties (i.e., software and systems engineering teams to understand and implement technical requirements)

* Document design, implementation, and final configuration findings for both new and existing techniques and equipment

* Provide support for incidents and service requests

* Resolve Network issues; Complete audits; Identify trends; Determine system improvements; Implement changes

* Escalate problems to vendors and/or senior management for resolution

* Create and manage problem tickets with vendor

* Contribute to strategic plans and reviews; Prepare and complete action plans; Design cost-effective networks which follow industry best practices

* Develop network design and operational objectives by designing and engineering, evaluating, recommending, formulating, testing, and implementing plans for current and new technology

* As a Senior Network Engineer, you will maintain a healthy network with monitoring and evaluating network availability, utilization, throughput, and latency to mitigate and prevent future issues

* Responsible for the creation and maintenance of technical documentation

* Provide on-call and critical incident response 24x7x365
