  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About Our Client

Our client is a leading multifamily construction builder based in Indianapolis. This organization has a "work hard play hard" mentality and think of their employees like family. Every project is executed to the highest degree of precision, and safety is the number one priority on job sites. They're looking for an innovative Superintendent that can uphold their values & wants to grow within the organization!

Job Description

The Superintendent will:
  • Oversee all daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction, & progress.
  • Provide guidance, leadership and direct supervision of site staff, including assistant superintendents, laborers and other construction related personnel
  • Manage subcontractors on site to maximize efficiency and ensure they meet contractual obligations and complete entire scope of work - including maintaining cleanliness, safety procedures, and staffing
  • Examine contract drawings and specifications for design deficiencies, impractical details and possible code violations, and bring these to the attention of the Project Manager for review with the Architect
  • Cooperate with, and direct when necessary, the activities of inspection agencies, and to effect remedial actions indicated by the reports of these agencies

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Superintendent will:
  • A strong track record of delivering projects on-time & on-budget
  • Must be comfortable overseeing the workforce on each project
  • Personable, able to explain daily plans and project objectives to owners
  • Proven experience in successfully leading Multifamily & Commercial projects
  • Proven experience working closely with sub-contractors and community
