Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
  • Manage and lead subcontractors, trades, and construction personnel, providing guidance and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare and review daily reports, and maintain accurate records of work performed.
  • Ensure that construction projects are completed on time and within budget by managing schedules, materials, and resources effectively.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates on project status.
  • Implement and enforce company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality control.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
