Our headquarters are located in Kansas City, and we are expanding and building a team of motivated people who are responsive and flexible in addressing business opportunities and committed to driving business results.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Client Success Manager to lead our Client Success Department. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the success and satisfaction of our clients, ensuring that their needs are met, and maintaining strong, lasting relationships. As the liaison between all internal departments and external facilities, the Client Success Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth through exceptional service delivery.

Job Responsibilities

  • Mentor and develop the Client Services team.
  • Coordinate internal projects and determine the best utilization of resources to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly provide reports and insights on client satisfaction, retention rates, and other key metrics to leadership team.
  • Monitor system closely to ensure all orders are processed accurately and on time. Process the orders / troubleshoot order issues.
  • Oversee that client inquiries are responded to accurately and on time.
  • Oversee that other team members are responding timely to their inquiries.
  • Review and process client claims timely.
  • Assist with other tasks, as needed.

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Experience in leading and managing teams required
  • Demonstrate ability to think strategically and solve complex problems efficiently
  • Proficient in MS suite – intermediate excel skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional and articulate, written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of basic IT troubleshooting
  • Ability to motivate organize and train team members
  • Ability to exercise good judgment in a rapid paced environment

Schedule (In-Office): Monday – Friday, start time 8:30am
