You will be managing a team that is working on core business software with C#, .NET Core, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SQL. Experience managing and mentoring small, software development teams is a key competency for this role. Experience working on CRM software (specifically Dynamics 365) is a plus for this position.

- 7+ years of experience in Microsoft web development (C#, .NET core, SQL)
- Responsive design experience on the frontend with JavaScript
- Prior history managing a software development team (developers and QA)
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Computer Science/Engineering preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think outside the box and be solution oriented
- Previous experience working on CRM software (Dynamics 365) is a plus
