### Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled **QA Automation Tester** with experience in **Data Gaps Testing** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, documenting, and resolving data discrepancies between source and target systems to ensure data integrity across various platforms.

### Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute automated test scripts to identify and resolve **data gaps**.
- Perform end-to-end testing to ensure data consistency between systems.
- Collaborate with development and business teams to understand data requirements.
- Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test data for data validation.
- Identify, document, and track defects found during testing.
- Ensure data accuracy by comparing source data to transformed and loaded data in the target system.

### Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in **QA Automation Testing**.
- Strong expertise in **Data Gaps Testing** or **Data Validation** testing.
- Proficiency in **Automation Tools** like Selenium, JMeter, or similar.
- Experience with **SQL** and ability to write queries for data validation.
- Familiarity with **ETL** processes and data transformation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

### Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with **AWS**, **Azure**, or other cloud platforms.
- Exposure to **Agile** development environments.
- Knowledge of **Python**, **Java**, or other scripting languages for automation.
