Job Description

The Finance Manager, Global Analytics and Insights is an important position within our Finance organization. You will report into the Senior Finance Manager, Global Analytics and Insights and will be responsible for leading a team of Financial Analysts. The mission of the Global Analytics and Insights organization is to provide business and functional partners with information to manage performance and support decision-making, while leading process improvements. You will lead the standard reporting, analysis, and forecasting for the business/function and provide ad-hoc support.

You will also need to be a change leader as we continue to transform our reporting, analytics, and forecasting by using new technologies, standardized processes, and centralized teams.

You will oversee a team of finance professionals and help to ensure their continued engagement and development.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for all financial metrics for the group
  • Ad-hoc reporting for partners to better understand financial performance
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual causals for all financial metrics for the group
  • Ensure the predictability of results by developing standard and effective quarterly forecasts for supported areas as well as future outlooks as needed by Corporate Finance
  • Develop the important reasons for supported organization's Annual Operating Plan (AOP) by working with other financial teams and partners
  • Oversight of ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) KPI and software accounting
  • Align with the other teams in the Global Analytics and Insights organization to develop improved and standardized global processes.
  • Provide leadership and direction in establishing, maintaining, and enforcing proper internal control policies and procedures


The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
  • The ability to travel 10% of the time.


The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • MBA or CPA
  • Eight years' experience in Accounting or Finance
  • Three years' experience in managing professionals
  • Experience with Oracle Enterprise Planning (EPM) and SAP
  • Interpret large amounts of data and present financial concepts to partners
  • Transfers skills and knowledge to team and other individuals
  • Ability to question partners across departments
  • Seek and incorporate relevant perspectives when assessing a situation, making a decision or presenting
