Title: Business Services Consultant
Duration: 12 Months (Possible extension)

Description:

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Technology Business Services Consulting.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Technology Business Services Consulting challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 plus years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Years of Experience required:

• 5 plus years of relevant experience desired but most interested in the right candidate and less concerned with high years of experience.

Functional Job Title:

• Agile Product Owner

Team Objective/Scope:

• The team works with risk partners to develop requirements to ensure workflow is compliant to policy.
• These requirements get translated to Cornerstone application, this app is used to onboard clients such as a new company, the tool is used to onboard them and there are checks to be sure there are no red flags.
• The team members write the requirements and develop within the tool, the requirements go into the system to be developed.

Required Skills:

• Able to write requirements based on agile methodology.
• User stories acceptance criteria
• Strong communication skills, need to be collaborative.
• Working with risk and compliance teams
• Proper documentation to enhance systems (cornerstone system)
• Requires a specific person to work across technology and business.

Technical Skills Desired:

• CDD (customer due diligence) application experience.
• KYC application experience
• Cornerstone experience as an application, they can be considered if they know other monitoring or onboarding tools as well but Cornerstone experience is the most important part of this role and most desired.

Pay Range: $55- $65
