Senior Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement complex data models and algorithms to solve business problems and generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, design data pipelines, and integrate data from multiple sources.
• Utilize advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to analyze and interpret large datasets.
• Design and build robust data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data quality and accessibility.
• Create and maintain documentation for data models, data pipelines, and analytical processes.
• Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions and present findings through visualizations and reports.
• Continuously monitor and improve model performance and data accuracy.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience with data modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.
• Strong expertise in data engineering skills, including SQL, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Solid understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, D3.js).
• Familiarity with data management and version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Experience with data governance and data privacy regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with real-time data processing and streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, Flink).
• Knowledge of advanced topics such as natural language processing (NLP) or deep learning.
• Industry-specific experience (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail) is a plus.
