Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Sustainability Consultant, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Tool Validation:

Test and verify calculations and formulas across four key environmental assessment tools, including:

Product Environmental Footprint (PEF) via Excel

Green Chemistry assessments focused on removing persistent chemicals

Carbon Footprint analysis for net zero targets

Packaging evaluations (weight, recyclability, PCR content)

Training Content Development:

Create comprehensive training materials, case studies, and documentation to support the use of these tools (note: content delivery is not required)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate tool outputs and data integrity

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental/Civil Engineering, and or related Atmospheric/Environmental Science

5+ years of experience in sustainability or environmental impact

Experience in life cycle assessment (LCA), environmental modeling, or sustainability tools

Familiarity with environmental metrics, carbon footprint analysis, green chemistry, and packaging sustainability

The salary range for this role is $125,000 to $175,000 or the hourly equivalent.
