  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Description:

The client is seeking an IT Analyst III to perform the analysis, configuration, and support of multiple Oracle HCM and Workday products (i.e., core HR, benefits, compensation, performance management, and onboarding), and experience with journeys a plus. Provide modification, and daily functional production support of Oracle HCM applications and provide support of the setup and testing of Workday applications.

Job Responsibilities:
- Works with key stakeholders within HR business functions alongside our HR Technology Products team to support our enterprise-wide Oracle HCM.
-Works with key stakeholders in support of the set-up and testing of the Workday HCM
- Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex HCM system issues and ability to support Oracle HCM and Workday patches, releases, and maintenance updates.
- Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities.
- Supports one or more highly complex business processes.
- Ability to work across multiple HR businesses as a functional team member.
- Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.
