Essential Functions
  • May be responsible for a market segment including development, marketing research and analyses, pricing and advertising.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, finance, marketing or other directly related discipline.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years directly related experience in planning and analyses.

More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master's Degree equals two (2) years experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Demonstrated computer skills.

Strong basic management, human relations, communication and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Collaborative leader with a can do attitude, ability to adapt in a fast moving environment, experience in portfolio marketing, product commercialization, program leadership skills, to execute Global Freight portfolio growth strategy. Experience utilizing data & analytics to drive senior executive level alignment and decisions and work towards rapid outcomes, with ability to anticipate and overcome challenges and deliver key strategic business outcomes.

Additional Details: This position will be hybrid in Collierville, TN and candidates must live within a 50 mile radius. Employees will be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week.
