Dynamics 365 Data Warehouse Consultant (Medallion / Fabric Experience)

Vaco is actively seeking a Dynamics 365 Data Warehouse Consultant for a 6 month assignment with our client.

Dynamics 365 Consultant Summary

The Dynamics 365 Consultant will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain solutions.


Expertise in migrating data from SQL databases, leveraging Fabric along with Medallion Architecture, to ensure a seamless transition and effective utilization of data. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions that drive efficiency and growth.


Key Responsibilities

Dynamics 365 Implementation and Configuration:

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain modules to meet client requirements.


• Develop and maintain functional specifications and documentation.


• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into Dynamics 365 solutions.

Data Migration and Integration:

• Utilize Fabric and Medallion architecture for data integration and transformation tasks.


• Lead data migration projects from SQL databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.


• Develop and execute data migration strategies including data mapping, cleansing, and validation.

Consulting and Support:

• Provide expert advice and recommendations on best practices for Dynamics 365 implementation and optimization.


• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain modules.


• Deliver training and support to end-users to ensure effective system usage.

Project Management:

• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.


• Communicate progress and status to stakeholders, including project managers and clients.


• Document and report on project activities, risks, and issues.

Experience

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain modules.


• Demonstrated experience in data migration from SQL databases with a strong understanding of Fabric and Medallion architecture.

• Employment Type: 6+/- Month Contract


• Schedule: Normal business hours (CST) / Monday - Friday


• Start Date: Immediate

• Target Compensation: $80.00 p/h
