Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer with experience in Salesforce CPQ to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce CPQ implementation by developing automated test scripts, executing test cases, and identifying defects. The QA Automation Engineer will collaborate with the development and functional teams to ensure seamless integration, performance, and functionality of CPQ solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for Salesforce CPQ functionality, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to define testing requirements and create detailed test plans and test cases.
• Ensure the quality of custom configurations, workflows, and business processes in the Salesforce CPQ platform.
• Perform regression testing, integration testing, and functional testing of Salesforce CPQ features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Identify, log, and track defects through the defect lifecycle, working with development teams to resolve issues.
• Implement best practices in QA automation, including test script version control, reusable code, and test data management.
• Utilize automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Provar, or other Salesforce-compatible automation tools for testing.
• Execute API testing for CPQ integrations and ensure proper data flow between systems.
• Generate and analyze test reports, documenting test results and providing detailed feedback on performance, functionality, and user experience.
• Participate in Agile Scrum processes, attending daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
• Ensure that Salesforce CPQ solutions adhere to business requirements and are scalable, reliable, and meet quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in QA automation, with specific expertise in Salesforce CPQ testing.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CPQ processes, configurations, pricing rules, product bundling, and approval workflows.
• Hands-on experience with QA automation tools such as Selenium, Provar, or similar Salesforce-compatible tools.
• Proficiency in API testing, using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
• Experience in creating and maintaining test automation frameworks.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce CPQ certification.
• Experience with Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Knowledge of Load Testing, Performance Testing, and Security Testing.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Experience with manual testing for exploratory or complex test scenarios.
