  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) Specialist to join our team onsite in Stamford, CT. This role involves managing and optimizing IT assets through the ServiceNow platform, ensuring the organization s ITAM processes align with industry best practices and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end management of IT assets, including hardware, software, and cloud resources, leveraging the ServiceNow ITAM module.
  • Develop and implement processes for asset lifecycle management including procurement, deployment, usage, maintenance, and disposal.
  • Configure and customize the ServiceNow ITAM module according to business requirements and ensure seamless integration with other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and SAM.
  • Maintain accurate IT asset data within the CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and provide regular reports on asset utilization, compliance, and cost management.
  • Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and reduce IT asset-related risks by managing hardware and software audits.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 13 years of experience in IT Asset Management with expertise in ServiceNow ITAM.
  • Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, particularly ITAM, ITSM, and CMDB modules.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITAM) or similar certification is preferred.
  • Knowledge of IT asset lifecycle management, software license management, and IT procurement processes.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions for asset management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex ITAM challenges.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
