  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

REQUIREMENT

Position: Technical Business Analyst Case Management System Modernization

Location: Washington, DC REMOTE

Duration: 6 Months+

Tax-Term: 1099/w2

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with significant experience in system modernization projects.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Azure DevOps for managing user stories and project tracking.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with proven ability to work closely with end users and business product owners to gather, clarify, and document requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience facilitating discussions between business stakeholders and technical teams, particularly in requirements gathering and backlog refinement.

Preferred:

  • Experience with federal systems modernization projects
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and best practices for writing clear, actionable user stories.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
