7+ years hands on technical experience and deep technical knowledge on Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, PCF, Plugin, C#, and React.
Good to be proficient but not required to be a subject matter expert: Other parts of the Power Platform, including AI Builder, Power Virtual Agent, Power Pages. Power BI will be a plus but no expectation to be skilled in.
Preferably with working knowledge of other Microsoft technology areas in Azure.
Must have knowledge on Package deployer, PAC CLI, ALM and Automation testing of low code apps using Playwright.
Responsibilities
Hands on development of low-code apps using Power Platform suite of product and Dynamics 365 CE.
Works with appropriate stakeholders to determine user requirements for a set of features.
Contributes to efforts to break down larger work items into smaller work items and provides estimation.
Drives identification of dependencies and the development of design documents for a product, application, service, or platform.
Creates, implements, optimizes, debugs, refactors, and reuses code to establish and improve performance and maintainability, effectiveness, and return on investment (ROI).
Acts as a subject-matter expert of product features and partners with appropriate stakeholders (e.g., Program Managers, Product Group) to drive a workgroup's project plans, release plans, and work items.
Contributes to the identification of dependencies, and the development of design documents for a product area.
Proactively seeks new knowledge and adapts to new trends, technical solutions, and patterns that will improve the availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance of products while also driving consistency in monitoring and operations at scale.
Help unblock the customer towards the value realization by seeking to understand the blocking issues, triaging and proposing solutions/workarounds. This may also include discussing the blocker with Product Engineering to solicit a future roadmap plan if it needs to be addressed as a product feature.
