RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS
Experience as a professional services lead, with a background in project management and technical support for technology products and solutions.
Experience in technical customer support organizations and managing projects delivering products or solutions.
Experience working with multidisciplinary systems (software and hardware).
Familiarity with RF systems.
Knowledge of Networking & Telecommunications.
Familiarity with protocols (HTTP/HTTPS, SSH, ICMP, TCP/UDP).
PMP certification or equivalent is highly desired.
Ability to travel up to 50% within the United States.
Taking a lead role in customer technical support, training, and field operations to drive customer success.
Managing project execution, contract deliveries, and overall operational execution.
Leading Support and Maintenance renewals, collaborating with customers and Sales leads to ensure seamless management of annual warranties and renewals.
Responding promptly to customer issues and leading technical troubleshooting of both hardware and software-related issues.
Delivering local customer training sessions and product demonstrations.
Providing technical expertise during the sales process and supporting the sales team in promoting our client s product.
