Role:
Require Backup Lead & Consultant with more than 6+ years' experience.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced NetBackup & Cohesity Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data protection and storage management, with specific expertise in Cohesity and NetBackup platforms. This individual will be responsible for handling the team and take decision and have client facing experience

Skills Required or Desired:
6+ years as a Lead Backup Administrator or Consultant
Strong knowledge & hands on experience on NetBackup
Strong knowledge & hands-on experience on Cohesity
Strong knowledge & hands on experience on EMC Data Domain.
Strong knowledge & hands on experience on ECS Administration
Install, configure, and maintain Cohesity and NetBackup systems to meet business requirements.
Design and implement backup and recovery strategies to safeguard data across multiple platforms and environments.
Monitor system performance and capacity, proactively addressing any issues to ensure optimal performance.
Develop and maintain documentation related to backup policies, procedures, and configurations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data protection best practices and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to backup and recovery operations, escalating as necessary to vendor support.
Perform regular system upgrades and patches to keep the backup infrastructure up to date and secure.
Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff on backup and recovery processes and tools.
Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing exercises to validate the effectiveness of backup and recovery procedures.
