    • Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory security requirements.
  • Project Management and Collaboration:
    • Lead or contribute to network projects involving Arista technology, including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver network solutions that meet business needs.
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior network engineers and support staff.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Create and maintain detailed documentation for network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.
    • Prepare and present reports on network performance, incidents, and project status to stakeholders.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering, with significant expertise in Arista networking technologies.
    • Proven experience with advanced troubleshooting, performance optimization, and network design using Arista switches and routers.
    • Preferred experience working in a Managed and Professional Services team
  • Certifications:
    • Arista Certified Network Engineer (ACNE) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
    • Additional certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE) and relevant experience in related technologies are a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Advanced knowledge of Arista network devices, including configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
    • Strong understanding of networking protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, MPLS) and technologies (e.g., SDN, VXLAN).
    • Proficiency in network management and monitoring tools, including those specific to Arista environments.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
