Seeking a Power Platform Expert responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, design efficient solutions, and deliver high- quality applications and workflows that drive business value.

Location: Remote but must be able to pick up PIV and equipments at one of the following cities prior to start:

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000/yr, Full-Time, Direct Hire

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and implementing solutions using the
• Microsoft Power Platform suite.

Responsibilities

• +5 years of design, develop, and deploy custom applications, reports, dashboards, and workflows using Power Platform tools.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to develop comprehensive solutions that meet stakeholder needs.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with existing systems and external data sources to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Implement best practices for data modeling, visualization, and workflow automation to optimize performance and usability.
• Provide training, documentation, and support to end-users to facilitate adoption and maximize the benefits of Power Platform solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest features, enhancements, and best practices in the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to deliver successful projects on time and within budget.

Required Experience

• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps for building custom applications.
• Strong skills in workflow automation using Power Automate.
• Familiarity with Power Virtual Agents for building chatbots is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into
• technical solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker or Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant are preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
