Job Description:

The Salesforce Business Analyst will be critical in executing the overall IT strategy to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. This role will require a combination of technical expertise and strong business acumen to gather data, design interfaces, and document processes while providing solutions for complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to and support the IT strategy to align with business goals and objectives.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and provide solutions.
  • Create comprehensive functional documentation including JAD sessions, screen designs, report layouts, interfaces, and use cases.
  • Develop process flow diagrams, SOPs, Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and test scripts for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional team collaboration for Salesforce integration, DocuSign implementation, and other solutions.
  • Work with integrations like MuleSoft and Informatica, mapping data fields and ensuring seamless connectivity.
  • Collaborate with product owners and scrum masters to manage product and sprint backlogs, and participate in sprint ceremonies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend changes to existing methods and procedures.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and project teams to ensure successful project execution and solution implementation.
  • Assist in designing and developing workflow diagrams, spreadsheets, and process maps to visualize proposed solutions.
  • Work with training teams to document system scenarios and help develop change management and training plans.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Salesforce integration and implementations.
  • Proficiency in using DocuSign, MuleSoft, and Informatica for data integration and field mapping.
  • Strong knowledge of process mapping, creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
  • Proven ability to influence and lead teams in designing solutions.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and collaborating in Scrum teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Location Requirement: This role is based in Montpelier, Vermont, and requires the candidate to work onsite.
