Job Description:
Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced On-Premise SharePoint Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of our two On-premise SharePoint environments. This role requires a deep understanding of SharePoint architecture, configuration, and Microsoft's best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain the on-premise SharePoint environment, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Monitor system health and performance, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Manage SharePoint permissions and security settings.
  • Manage Active Directory security groups.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to design and implement SharePoint solutions.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Stay current with SharePoint updates, features, and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • DoD 8570 Compliant / CompTIA Security + CE license.
  • Security Clearance Top Secret with Sensitive Compartmented Information
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or minimum of 5 years of experience as a SharePoint Administrator / Developer.
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint 2019 architecture and administration.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for Active Directory.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • SharePoint certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Server Hybrid).
  • Knowledge of SharePoint Online and hybrid environments.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint development and customization.
  • Knowledge of third-party custom form solutions (e.g., KwizCom)
