Job Title: Producer

Duration: 6 months to start

Location: Portland, OR 97204 (Hybrid)

Pay Rate: $47/hour on W2

Summary

The Marketing team is dedicated to engaging residential and business customers, driving program enrollment, and communicating effectively about their services and accounts. We work in a collaborative and passionate team environment, using Microsoft platforms for communication, Adobe Creative Suite for creative work, and Workfront and AEM for project and asset management.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will:

  • Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop marketing campaigns aligned with business goals and brand standards.
  • Create clear, actionable briefs for creatives, such as copywriters and designers.
  • Manage assignments and coordinate the work of creatives.
  • Develop work-back plans that include goals, objectives, timelines, resources, budgets, and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with designers, writers, and other team members to develop assets.
  • Showcase excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize work based on business strategy.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all campaigns adhere to client’s brand standards.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to guide projects from initiation to completion, including proficiency with project management software.
  • Collaborative, efficient, strategic, and creative mindset, with a customer-focused approach. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in a corporate creative department, marketing/branding agency, or similar.
  • Ability to see the big picture while driving results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or a related field, with 4-6 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced skills in collaboration, relationship building, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
  • Strong communication skills, including presentations.
  • Intermediate to advanced project management skills.
  • Experience analyzing complex information to make informed recommendations.
  • Proficiency in organization, prioritization, problem-solving, and innovation.
