Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy Development:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
    • Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Content Creation and Management:

    • Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication of content across platforms.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Oversee the company’s social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
    • Develop and implement social media campaigns to boost engagement and follower growth.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
    • Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
    • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance online visibility.
  • Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising:
    • Plan and manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.
    • Monitor and analyze ad performance, making adjustments to maximize ROI.
  • Email Marketing:
    • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails.
    • Segment email lists and track campaign performance to optimize open and click-through rates.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Use tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other platforms to track and analyze campaign performance.
    • Prepare detailed reports and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the sales, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
    • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and industry best practices.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
