Job Description

Job Overview:

In support of Dollar Bank’s Mission of being an inclusive community bank that invests in our customers, empowers our employees, and strengthens our communities, the Manager of Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity is responsible to develop, manage, and execute programs and initiatives that focus on the recruitment, development, and empowerment of a diverse workforce and inclusive workspace. To further our Value of Inclusion and advancing a culture of respect towards greater inclusion, diversity, and equity for all employees and customers, the incumbent develops initiatives to foster knowledge and awareness of diversity as a business strategy and helps support an inclusive culture where all employees can achieve personal and professional success. Uses statistics, metrics, and reports to assess the progress and effectiveness of diversity initiatives. Designs procedures and processes to ensure compliance with internal polices and external diversity regulations. Also assists in related efforts including supplier diversity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate work experience required.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive responsibility leading inclusion, diversity, and equity programs
  • Two (2) years management experience required.
  • Proven ability to advance inclusion initiatives and programs within an organization.
  • Experience with data management and analysis.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point and other Microsoft products.
  • Experience establishing and executing on department goals and strategies.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and staff.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality while working with sensitive human resources data.
  • Experience managing and executing projects, milestones, deliverables.
  • Experience with developing and executing training presentations for a variety of audiences.
