Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on ITIL processes with an initial emphasis on technology Change Management.
  • This role will play a crucial part in the development and documentation of Change Management processes across the enterprise Information Technology organization, with plans to expand into Incident and Problem Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, documentation, and implementation of Change Management processes in alignment with ITIL standards.
  • Analyze current processes and systems, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement in Change Management.
  • Create comprehensive process documentation, including workflows, standard operating procedures, and user guides.
  • Work closely with ITSM tools, particularly ServiceNow, to support the configuration and deployment of Change Management functionalities.
  • Assist in the development and documentation of Incident and Problem Management processes as the role expands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and project management, to gather requirements and understand business needs.
  • Develop metrics and reports to track Change Management performance and ensure compliance with established processes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a specific focus on ITIL processes, including at least 4 years dedicated to Change Management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management frameworks.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools.
