Job Summary:

The Oracle NetSuite Architect will lead the design, customization, and implementation of Oracle NetSuite solutions to streamline business processes and ensure optimal use of the ERP system. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, understanding business requirements, and translating them into effective NetSuite solutions. The architect will also ensure that the system aligns with best practices and integrates seamlessly with other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Architecture:
    • Lead the architectural design of the Oracle NetSuite ERP system based on business needs.
    • Develop customized solutions, workflows, and scripts using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
    • Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of the Oracle NetSuite system.
  • Implementation & Integration:
    • Oversee the implementation process of Oracle NetSuite, from configuration to testing.
    • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the system supports business requirements.
    • Integrate Oracle NetSuite with other enterprise applications and systems (CRM, E-commerce, third-party APIs).
  • Customization & Optimization:
    • Customize modules such as finance, inventory, order management, and CRM based on organizational needs.
    • Optimize system performance and ensure effective data migration and management.
    • Develop and maintain documentation related to customizations, workflows, and system design.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Partner with business teams to gather and analyze system requirements.
    • Provide recommendations on best practices and strategic system improvements.
    • Collaborate with internal and external developers, consultants, and project managers during deployment phases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience (5+ years) working with Oracle NetSuite ERP, including SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, and SuiteFlow.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing NetSuite solutions.
  • Experience with system integration, data migration, and third-party applications.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and business operations.
  • Proficiency in SuiteScript (JavaScript-based scripting) and web technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle NetSuite ERP certification.
  • Experience in managing large-scale Oracle NetSuite implementations.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, web services (SOAP/REST), and API integrations.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.

Job Overview:

As an Oracle NetSuite Implementation Consultant, he/she will manage and execute NetSuite ERP implementations for clients. He/she will work closely with the client to understand their business processes and customize the NetSuite solution to meet their needs. His/her role will involve configuring the software, integrating it with other systems, training users, and providing post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement:
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives.
    • Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement using NetSuite.
    • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  2. System Configuration and Customization:
    • Configure NetSuite modules to align with client-specific business processes (e.g., financial management, CRM, inventory management).
    • Customize NetSuite to meet unique business requirements, including custom fields, workflows, and reports.
    • Integrate NetSuite with other systems and third-party applications as needed.
  3. Training and Support:
    • Provide training to end-users on NetSuite functionality and best practices.
    • Help Develop user manuals, training materials, and documentation.
  4. Testing and Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct thorough testing of NetSuite configurations and customizations to ensure they meet client requirements.
    • Perform data migration and validate the accuracy and integrity of migrated data.
    • Ensure the quality and performance of the NetSuite system throughout the implementation process.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., NetSuite ERP Consultant) are highly desirable.
  • Experience: Proven experience in NetSuite implementation and configuration. Experience with other ERP systems can be a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of NetSuite modules, scripting, and integration. Familiarity with SQL, JavaScript, and web services is advantageous.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into system requirements.

  • Travel: Travel is required for client meetings and on-site implementations.
