Sr. Infor M3 Consultant

Role - Infor M3 Consultant

Location: Gainesville, US Texas

Travel to customer site (At least 2 weeks in a month).

The project is a Migration project and the consultants will be required to

• Gap Analysis,
• As-Is, To Be with Documentation
• Configuration of Solution
• All Testing Phases (CRP, SRT, UAT)

Experience & Education Required

• Minimum of 8 years IT experience
• Minimum of 8 years working in Infor M3 Supply Chain Module with an In-depth Business process knowledge of Warehousing, Logistics, Procurement processes
• Understanding of other modules of M3 like Order Management and fundamentals of MFG, MRP and Finance is a must
• Familiar with Infor Implementation methodologies
• Ability to develop/update Functional requirements / Specifications
• Ability to Configure the solution, if required
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Economic thinking
• Can work independently with little supervision
• Ability to develop test cases and execute test plans

Job responsibilities

• Working with the business and IT teams that are based worldwide
• Collaborate with team (process leads, vendors, solution integrators etc.) to clarify vision and scope
• Collaborate with peers, stakeholders and project team to secure commitments and respectfully hold them accountable.
• Assess a project's Functional feasibility, as well as implementation risks.
• Responsible for designing and implementing a project's Functional footprint
• Define the structure of a system and its interfaces
• Review, interpret and respond to detailed business requirements specifications (BRS) to ensure alignment between customer expectations and solution designed
• Facilitate Design and Development, test and implement solutions and report on delivery commitments to ensure solutions are implemented as expected and to agreed timeframes
• Needs to have knowledge of all the different aspects of the functional solution as well as robust business knowledge.
• Responsible for the end-to-end solution, including the integration
• Understand and document integration points impacting areas of responsibilities.
• Work with stake holders to document user acceptance, test criteria, and conduct validation activities
• Develop test cases, execute test plans, log defects, develop functional design specifications including workflow, validation, and logic requirements. Ensure designs can be traced back to requirements.
• Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements
• Work with stake holders to define configuration and enhancement requirements for the tools.
