Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Modeler to join our dynamic finance team. The Financial Modeler will play a crucial role in developing, maintaining, and analyzing financial models that support strategic decision-making and business planning. Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management, including scenario analysis and sensitivity testing.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., finance, accounting, strategy) to gather relevant data and ensure alignment of financial models with business objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in the development of long-term financial strategies and budgets, providing insights into financial performance and projections.
  • Optimization: Continuously improve existing models and processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and usability.
  • Compliance: Ensure financial models adhere to regulatory standards and internal controls.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in financial modeling, financial analysis, or a related role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL) and financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Hyperion).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify issues, analyze data, and develop practical solutions.
  • Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
