- Location : Hampton, NH – 03842 (Site will be moving to Durham, NH sometime in the fall)
- Shift: 2ND SHIFT / 3:30 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.; will need to work overtime when needed
- Duration: 12 months Contract to Hire
- Citizenship Requirement: US Citizens
- Works under supervision but can work unsupervised. Normally follows established procedures on routine work.
- Receives, checks, stores, issues, and ships a variety of items and maintains inventory control.
- Prepares shipping documents and all paperwork that accompanies the shipment. Including any paperwork needed from customer websites.
- Verifies all work and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Uses assistance and/or powered mechanical means (including Fork Lift) to load, unload, store and deliver a variety of incoming and outgoing material.
- Prepares and packages small and large parts using proper procedures and materials.
- Proficiently uses computer hardware/software.
- Oversees parts preparation, material handling, measuring and packaging equipment, records calibration logs of tools and equipment.
- Performs operator preventative maintenance tasks and refers major breakdowns to machine maintenance.
- Oversees inventory and maintains customer property.
- Maintains contact with personnel from various customers and supports areas to ensure accuracy of material/process.
- Uses assorted measuring and weight recording devices.
- Keeps equipment and surrounding areas neat and clean.
- Able to lift at least 35 lbs.
- Able to work on feet (stand) the entire day.
- Able to multitask.
- Performs related duties as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent ‘’GED’’.
- 1-3 years’ experience in shipping and receiving.
