The Project Manager is responsible for supporting teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. The Project Manager will plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members and third parties or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will support defining the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop project plans and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans and slide decks for internal and external audiences
Gather and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
Create detailed business requirements and functional specifications
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
Conduct gap analysis to identify areas where current processes fall short of meeting business objectives
