Job Summary

Responsibilities include setting up bars and beverage carts, delivering beverage items to bars and carts, and ensuring the removal of used items, utensils, and trash for disposal from around the island. Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy station throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the opening and closing duties of the bars and beverage carts`
• Assist the cart and bar staff with set up by fetching and placing appropriate equipment and drinkware at the beverage stations.
• Deliver requested items to the beverage carts and bars from the storeroom or other bars rapidly and accurately.
• Ensure that all food and beverage items are served in accordance with safety standards (Clean, proper temperature, etc.)
• Keeps station restocked throughout the shift.
• Remove used coconuts, crates, bottles, cups, and any trash from around the Island and deliver them for appropriate disposal.
• Check in with supervisors, bartenders, and cart attendants to take additional orders as needed.
• Assist the bartender and cart attendant with what they need.
• Assist with inventory of the bars.
• Accomplishes all job duties while adhering to all safety guidelines and practices throughout the shift.
• Correctly completes closing duties at the end of each shift.
• Self-motivated with a high energy level
  
  

Education/Experience Requirements

• High school diploma
• Previous barback working experience as an asset.
• Food handlers’ certificate
• English language
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Quick learner
• Physically fit and Hardworking
