  • Campus Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive campus recruitment strategy aligned with the firm's goals, focusing on attracting diverse and high-caliber law students
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with law schools, faculty, and student organizations to enhance the firm's visibility and reputation on campus
  • Recruitment Events: Plan and coordinate recruitment events, including informational sessions, on-campus interviews, and networking events to promote the firm and engage with students
  • Candidate Assessment: Oversee the evaluation and selection process of candidates, ensuring a fair and thorough assessment in alignment with the firm's values and diversity initiatives
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the hiring partners and legal teams to understand their recruitment needs and tailor strategies accordingly
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and changes in student recruitment to continuously improve our programs
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Training and Development: Mentor and train recruitment team members, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to effectively represent the firm
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal and ethical standards, as well as the firm's policies and procedures


Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of experience managing a student recruitment program within a law firm or legal environment
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing campus recruitment strategies
  • Strong understanding of the legal industry and law school dynamics
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and tools; experience with data analysis preferred


Preferred Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
