  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Team Overview

Project Description

The End User Productivity (EUP) Platform Business Analyst works in conjunction with EUP Team leadership to manage change in Office 365 applications. They are responsible for driving adoption of core Office 365 functionality, such as Microsoft Teams and OneDrive, as well as introducing new productivity and automation and generative AI (artificial intelligence) tools, when applicable. This individual will focus on change management, building our network of Microsoft 365 Champions, managing application updates and releases, training, marketing and other areas that will help our internal users adopt technologies.

Duties/Day to Day Overview
  • More of a SharePoint SME rather than a core BA but FUNCTIONAL, not technical
  • Not writing stories
  • Works in partnership with the Microsoft specific person
    • Ex: moving reporting from network drive for a certain team to a SharePoint site
  • Lots of small, tactical, guidance and SME type activities
  • Documentation of pipelined or completed tasks

Top Requirements

(Must haves)
  • Strong soft skills
    • Heavy emphasis on verbal and written communication skills
    • Speak 1 on 1 with business and higher-level business folks understand their problem, advise on how to fix it, or fix themselves
  • Business facing, functional BA meetings with people with: Legal, Communications, Storage Systems, etc.
  • SharePoint POC but more functional business facing would work closely with the SharePoint technical resource already on the team
