We are looking for an experienced, results-driven professional to lead our SEO strategy formulation for all our clients, for products. and to work closely with content, design, programming, analytics, CRO, and product teams.

Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Head of SEO who is also a Growth Leader, Speaker, and expert in Technical SEO, Analytics, and User Experience. The ideal candidate should have experience managing professional service teams of SEOs, Digital Strategists, and Technical SEO experts in a digital SaaS (Software and Services) environment. Candidates should have a customer-centric mindset and the ability to operate on both strategic and tactical levels, efficiently managing various projects and timelines.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Collaborate with Customers, CSM, Sales, and Marketing to productize and enhance current solutions.
  • Strategy: Drive the strategic direction for all SEO initiatives, including products, technical SEO, and tech days for top strategic customers.
  • Growth Leader: Grow top of the funnel through partnerships, speaking, webinars.
  • Relationship: Build strong relationships with customers, employees, and industry stakeholders.
  • Innovation: Work with the Milestone R&D, product, and COE teams to drive innovation and create cutting-edge strategies. Represent Milestone at search and industry events.
  • Research and Analysis: Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights to maximize ROI in SEO campaigns.
  • Technical SEO: Demonstrate a solid understanding of schemas, site architecture, site migrations, international SEO, etc.
  • Semantic SEO, AI, Python: Maintain working knowledge of Semantic SEO, using AI & Python to automate manual SEO tasks.

Qualifications
  • Proven SEO and SEM experience.
  • Engineering /Computer Science background preferred.
  • Travel, Financial industry experience is good.
  • Extensive knowledge of the search engine industry, best practices, and search engine algorithms.
  • Solid understanding of Local SEO, Technical SEO, and Analytics.
  • Ability to connect dots and create/implement omnichannel strategies that address customer problems.
  • 14+ years of experience in SEO, CRO, Technical and Local SEO, SEO software, and tools.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
  • Proven track record of building and leading a high-performing team.
  • Strong communication skills with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
