We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Serve as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist in project management and follow-up on action items as necessary.
  • Utilize Outlook for scheduling and communication purposes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Associates degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite is a plus.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus but not required.
