The Role - What Job Responsibilities Look Like
As our Sales Director, you will lead and develop a talented team of sales professionals, driving sales growth, representing Star Blends' products in the market, and fostering strategic partnerships within our specified geographic regions. You will directly manage three employees and travel throughout central and southern Wisconsin, southeast Minnesota, and northern Iowa, making a tangible difference in the lives of farmers and communities.

Qualifications - What You Bring To The Table
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in agricultural sales leadership roles, preferably in feed manufacturing or animal nutrition
- Strong business and financial acumen (large focus on forecasting)
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
