Job Overview

Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), the Marketing & Client Engagement Leader will be responsible for designing and executing a marketing strategy tailored to the IT staffing industry. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing tools, technology, and the unique dynamics of the staffing industry. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in promoting AAPRO Consulting’s services, enhancing brand visibility, and building relationships with both clients and IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the CMO to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and client engagement within the IT staffing sector.
  • Execute targeted digital marketing campaigns, utilizing SEO, SEM, PPC, and paid media to attract IT professionals and client companies seeking staffing solutions.
  • Manage and optimize marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (Salesforce) to streamline lead nurturing, track performance, and improve conversion rates.
  • Create and deliver content relevant to the IT industry, including blogs, case studies, white papers, and webinars, positioning AAPRO Consulting as a thought leader in IT staffing.
  • Oversee analytics and reporting, using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI to measure marketing effectiveness, provide insights to the CMO, and adjust strategies based on data.
  • Partner with the sales and recruitment teams to ensure marketing aligns with business goals, providing qualified leads and actionable insights to drive client acquisition and satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong client engagement, collaborating with key clients to understand their technical staffing needs, providing marketing support for their projects, and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Coordinate technical webinars, networking events, and other thought leadership initiatives that increase AAPRO’s visibility in the IT staffing market.
  • Oversee website and digital asset management, ensuring that all platforms are optimized for technical audiences and fully integrated with lead-generation tools.
  • Track emerging IT industry trends and staffing needs, working with the CMO to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Manage the marketing budget under the guidance of the CMO, ensuring resource allocation aligns with business priorities and marketing ROI.

Technical Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in marketing, ideally within IT staffing, recruitment, or a technology-driven industry but not required.
  • Strong familiarity with the IT staffing industry, including knowledge of technical roles (software development, DevOps, cybersecurity, etc.) and the challenges companies face in finding tech talent.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn ads, and PPC, targeting B2B clients in tech industries.
  • Experience with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zoho) for campaign management, lead nurturing, and tracking.
  • Excellent data analysis skills using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI to drive data-informed marketing decisions.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and coordinate efforts across departments under the guidance of the CMO.
  • Proven ability to create compelling content for a technical audience, including blogs, case studies, and white papers focused on IT staffing and technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical needs into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with emerging technology trends, including cloud computing, software development life cycle (SDLC), and IT infrastructure, is a plus (but not required).
