Duration: 3-month contract
Location: Portland, OR (hybrid)
Pay Range: $44.00 - $47.23 per hour
The Marketing Producer is responsible for managing and guiding projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business needs. This role involves close collaboration with marketing teams, creative departments, and strategists to deliver high-quality, on-brand work within timelines and budgets.
Position Responsibilities
- Manage marketing projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop and execute campaigns.
- Create actionable briefs for creatives, including designers and writers.
- Coordinate assignments and workflows among team members.
- Develop and manage work-back plans, including timelines, resources, and key review cycles.
- Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Organize and prioritize work based on business strategy.
- Manage relationships and communication among stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4-6 years of experience in marketing, branding, or project management.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience in a corporate creative department or marketing/branding agency.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication skills, including presentations.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Workfront, and Microsoft platforms.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and ensure project alignment.
- Experience with digital marketing or content strategy (preferred).
- PMP certification (preferred).
