  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator for a Healthcare client which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in social media management, website optimization, and content creation, looking to further their career in digital marketing.

  • Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Develop compelling text, images, and videos that highlight our services, success stories, and team members.
  • Community Engagement: Interact with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally. Foster a positive and interactive online environment.
  • Website Management: Oversee the maintenance and updates of our company website. Ensure that all content is up-to-date, accurate, and visually appealing. Collaborate with web developers and designers as needed.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Use social media analytics tools and SEO analytics platforms to track the performance of our campaigns and website. Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including contests, giveaways, and promotions, to increase engagement and followers. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media into overall marketing strategies.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that all social media content, website content, and messaging align with our brand guidelines and values. Maintain a consistent and authentic online presence.
  • Monitoring and Compliance: Stay informed about industry regulations and guidelines related to healthcare and hospice services. Ensure that all online content complies with relevant regulations and company policies.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Experience in website management and SEO optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, website content management systems, and SEO tools.
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
  • Knowledge of the home health and hospice industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
