  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

IT Program Management digital transformation. The Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master is responsible for collaborating with their respective Product Manager and Technical Lead to support, maintain and deliver IT program mapping, scheduling and budget tracking. This particular role will be responsible for the delivery and maintain roadmap schedule on time. This technical Project Manager/Scrum Master role is responsible for understanding, influencing and enabling the business strategy by deploying the relevant digital technologies. The role is accountable as the single point of contact for their Digital workstream, Delivering and maintaining capabilities to enhance customer experience and satisfaction is key.

  • Prepares and implements project plans to manage the lifecycle and operational aspects of projects (i.e., resources, scope, schedule, cost, assumptions and dependencies).
  • Manages work streams, prepares status reports and interfaces with stakeholders to ensure strategy and execution are aligned with defined objectives.
  • Acts as key escalation point for risks and issues
  • Managing multi-year projects with cross-enterprise interdependencies.

Skills Required:

  • Leverages project management tools such as Jira task management and Jira Responsibilities.
  • Proficient with project and portfolio management tools (i.e. Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Skills Preferred:
  • Coordinates and communicates the activities of project personnel with relevant stakeholders to ensure progress within time and budget constraints.
  • Ability to analyze project data, metrics and financials, making data-driven analytical decisions -Ability to identify risks and manage them
Experience Required:
  • Experience with Major Program management
Experience Preferred:
  • Experience in IT global program
Education Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT.
