  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  4. Scroll down and click on JavaScript.
  5. In the JavaScript window, toggle the slider to "on" or "allowed."
  6. Close the Settings tab.
  7. Refresh the page.

Consult on use of Office365 applications and products as needed
Offer trainings in the use of Office365 applications and products
Serve as the resident technical expert for Office365, with particular focus on SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power Apps, Stream, Viva Insights, Exchange, and DLP
Act as the arbiter of coming changes, feature updates, and new features for Office365 products and applications
Champion and lead changes in the IT environment with regard to Office365 products and assist with the adoption of an evergreen mentality for changes to applications and products
Join our PE team as an active, supportive, guiding member, with particular emphasis toward mentoring more junior members and offering opportunities for growth and knowledge transfer.

Report at least weekly to supervisor on successes, blockers, and issues, and be able to raise potential issues before they arise
Attend meetings, trainings, presentations, and consultations on-site and other than the assigned office space as needed

Skills/experience of the assigned staff:

Required

  • At least 7 years experience with Office365 applications and products, especially with o SharePoint

o OneDrive

o Teams, including Voice and Rooms

o Exchange

o Power Apps

Experience with Microsoft s GCC licensing suite Preferred

  • At least 5 years experience scripting in Powershell, with particular experience in conducting code reviews and using code repositories
  • At least 3 years experience offering and leading consultations to diverse groups of clients, including technical staff and business/programmatic staff
  • At least 3 years experience preparing, delivering, and leading trainings
  • Doing so with Office365 products is strongly preferred
  • Be able to track and complete tasks independently
  • Able to complete an FBI background check for CJIS clearance
  • Able to complete training for HIPAA compliance within the Clients HIPAA training requirements
