We are looking for a skilled Pega Developer to design, develop, and implement Pega-based applications that meet business requirements and adhere to best practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Pega PRPC development and will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and other developers to deliver high-quality Pega solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement Pega applications based on business requirements and Pega best practices.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, system architects, and other team members to gather and refine requirements.
  • Develop workflows, processes, UI components, and business rules using Pega PRPC.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Pega applications.
  • Ability implements the rules and build low level design
  • Knowledge and experience in integrations like SOAP
  • Has experience in working Agile projects
  • Knowledge on XML , Java ,SQL
  • Good knowledge of PEGA Guardrails.
  • Must be capable of working at a broad technical level in all phases of the application systems project life-cycle, and must be able to apply business knowledge and technical skills to systems development
  • Implement integrations between Pega applications and external systems.
  • Provide technical documentation for the Pega applications developed.
  • Support the maintenance and enhancements of Pega solutions post-deployment.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure the quality of deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) certification is required; Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) is a plus.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Pega application development.
  • Strong knowledge of Pega PRPC and hands-on experience with Pega Rules, Pega flows, declaratives, activities, decision rules, and reporting.
  • Experience in integrating Pega applications with external systems and services.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Good understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and Pega architecture.

Citizenship and Clearance Requirements:

  • This position requires candidates to be holders with at least three years of residency in the United States or Citizenship.
  • Candidates must be willing to undergo a Federal Government background clearance process.
